Eric Jensen is the head coach at Eastern Oregon Sports Training. With over 28 years of experience in running and coaching, Eric brings a unique blend of knowledge, passion, and expertise to his athletes.
Eric has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and is a certified coach through the RRCA, USA Track & Field, USA Cycling, USA Triathlon, McMillan Running, UESCA, Altis, and 80/20 Endurance. He has coached runners of all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes, helping them improve their running technique, endurance, and overall performance.
As a passionate advocate for health and fitness, Eric believes that running not only improves physical fitness but also plays a pivotal role in mental well-being. He is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their running goals and leading a healthy lifestyle.
